Horizon knows customer service. From the owner picking me up in his personal vehicle (thanks for the lift) to Heath keeping me informed 100% on the repairs and explained how the warranty my cover the suprise issue that they found.
It’s a load off of my mind to know I have Horizon Auto to count on to keep my cars running with the best service in town. We have owned high end, foreign, domestic and classic cars and they always reliably get the job done. They have also worked really well handling thousands of dollar claims with my insurance company taking the pressure off of me to prove that a rodent did extensive damage under the hood to my 2015 Mercedes Thanks Matt! They have also spent weeks at a time hinting down parts for my 1991 corvette and documenting all kinds of detailed information with their new camera system. Horizon Auto Center really came through for me. Had an oil leak in my car and needed someone I could trust. I am lucky these guys are around the corner, but quite frankly, with their attention to detail, customer service and all around understanding, I would have driven from across town. They’re super cool to talk to and make you feel at ease – no pressure whatsoever.
