INDUSTRY LEADING WARRANTY

Horizon Auto Center’s (HAC) warranty covers most repairs performed by HAC for 36 months or 36K miles whichever occurs first. A concurrent 36 months or 36K mile Napa Assured warranty is backed nationwide by any Napa Authorized Repair Facility more than 25 miles from HAC. HAC warranty covers repairs made necessary due to defects in workmanship and/or new parts that are provided by HAC. HAC will not make reimbursements to another local facility for repair of items originally performed by HAC. HAC warranty excludes routine maintenance or service work such as oil changes, fluid services, brakes, wheels, tires, and all associated parts, as well as any high-performance parts and performance modified vehicle work. Sublet warranty repairs are to be determined by the contracted sublet company performing the service(s) outlined in the work order line on the invoice. Battery warranty is outlined on the work order service line.

Warranty will be null and void if:

1. Reclaimed (used) part(s) were used in the repair process.
2. Customer supplied part(s)
3. Only partial recommended repair requirements were authorized.
4. Vehicle has been through abnormal driving conditions such as off-road use.

 

Truck accessory part’s warranty supplied by the manufacturer only. Labor warranty is 12 month or 12 thousand miles.

 

Part Returns must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied by this receipt. All parts must be in there original packaging. No returns on electrical components.
